Delete your SVR Pro account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without reinstalling or signing in to SVR Pro.

Send a deletion request

1. Send an email from the address registered to your SVR Pro account to support@afk.tn.
2. Use the subject SVR Pro — Account deletion and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
3. If you can no longer access the registered email, explain that in your message. Support will arrange another way to verify account ownership.

Write deletion request

This button opens your email application. You must send the email yourself. If no email application opens, copy support@afk.tn into your email service.

What happens next

The developer verifies account ownership, confirms the request’s scope and expected completion time, and processes deletion. Opening this page or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

What is covered

Your account and associated personal data, including learning and activity records, content submissions, support and visit requests, and account-linked reward or sales records. Deletion removes access to the account and its history.

If specific information must be retained for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention, the developer explains the reason and applicable period when responding. Social posts you published independently remain subject to the social platform’s own deletion controls.
