SVR Pro Privacy Policy
SVR Pro provides product learning, programme activities, rewards and optional scanning tools for participating pharmacy teams. This policy describes the information processed through those features.
Account information
Registration collects your name, email address, password credentials and pharmacy affiliation. The service stores password-verification data, account status, feature permissions, session information and login timestamps. Administrators approve registrations and manage access.
Learning and programme activity
We process learning progress, quiz results, points, missions, reward claims, sales activity and related programme records. Activity logs associate actions and timestamps with your account. These records provide the app’s features and help programme administrators review activity and requests.
Product recognition
Product recognition uses Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic. With your agreement in the product scanner, camera images or selected gallery images are sent to Google for recognition. Automatic recognition sends camera images periodically while the scanner is active. Frame only products and avoid including people or personal documents. Product details are then retrieved from the programme catalogue.
Cosmetic face scanning
The optional face-scan feature provides local cosmetic appearance guidance and product-matching suggestions. Face photographs, temporary questionnaire answers and the cosmetic guidance generated from them remain on your device during the current scan session. SVR Pro does not upload or store face photographs, face-scan results or questionnaire answers, and it does not send face photographs to Gemini. They are discarded when the scan session ends.
Content and support requests
Content submissions include the social links, platforms and content details you provide, together with your account identifier, email and review status. Complaints and visit requests include the information entered and your account or pharmacy details. Administrators and authorised programme staff use this information to review submissions, operate the programme and respond to requests.
Service providers and technical information
Google Firebase provides database storage, content services, notifications, application-integrity checks and AI-assisted product recognition. Notification tokens are linked to your account when notifications are enabled. Android release builds use Play Integrity through Firebase App Check. Session and onboarding information is also stored locally on your device.
Cloud services, remote content and fonts receive connection information such as IP addresses when your device requests them. This support website’s hosting provider also processes connection information to serve its pages. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable service terms and settings.

Retention and deletion
Account and programme records are kept to operate your account and its associated activities. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using the account-deletion instructions. We verify ownership before acting on a request and confirm its scope and expected completion time when responding.
Deletion covers the account and associated personal records, including activity records, submissions and requests. If a specific record must be retained for a legal obligation, security or fraud prevention, we explain the reason and applicable retention period in our response. Removing your account does not remove copies of social content that you independently published on another platform; use that platform’s own deletion controls.
Your choices
You can control camera and notification permissions in Android settings, decline online product recognition, and choose whether to use optional scanning and content-submission features. Contact support@afk.tn to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account. Do not send passwords or face photographs in support emails.
Audience and changes
SVR Pro is intended for participating pharmacy professionals and programme staff. If you believe an account should not have access, contact the developer. We update this page when the app’s data practices change.
